Hello! I am a mixed-media artist, coupling creative play and mindfulness to make art that celebrates colour, feeling and the world in which we live.

My art is unplanned, unexpected and full of happy accidents. Playing with colours, materials, shapes, space, found objects, texture, and sometimes text, I begin without a plan and tap into intuition - trusting the creative process!

I believe creativity is within us all and that creative practice, of any kind, is vital for a healthy and happy life.
